- Each member is permitted 3 steals a week.
- Each steal is composed of 4 different hints at the character they are trying to steal.
- Make sure the stats of the character DOING THE STEALING are posted above the riddles.
- Stealing threads MUST be in the 'Riddles in the Dark' board.
- There are three days between the posted steal date and the end date. The owner of the herd, the parent of the character (if the character is under the age of 2), or the guardian appointed to the herd in the event the member who plays the lead, king, or queen is away.
- There will be 2 weeks between a successful steal and the point where the stolen character can be challenged for.
- If a herd is stolen from, there will be a 2 week rest period before they can be stolen from again.
- If you are stealing a character, that character MUST have a home. It's not really far to steal a character who doesn't have anybody to block them.
- Each herd can block 3 members (including the king, queen, foals, herd members) per steal.
- You MUST specify in your steal the gender of the character you are attempting to steal (either mare, stallion, colt or filly) and this does not count as one of the 4 hints.
